i’ve never liked a doctors office/team as much as this one! Dr. Jain is wonderful. With many other dentists I’ve visited, I felt like they were trying to upsell me on treatments or preemptively fillings in cavities. Dr. Jain is very good at explaining what’s happening with my teeth and what she would do to fix it and when. Her cavity fillings are also very well done. Gaby also brings so much life and personality to the office :)Also this review was written of my own accord- I wasn’t incentivized to write anything, i just like this team that much

The best dental experience that I have ever had! From the front desk, Gabby who us extremely nice, courteous and efficient. To Dr. Monica, the kindest most gentle dentist. I have never had a shot when I didn't feel it. Monica was exceptional and talk to me through the entire process. I will be referring friends & family. This is the only place I will ever go now. I remember going to a dentist as I was growing up quite often I felt scared. When I moved to Dallas area and went to Dr. Jain, I no longer felt scared or being intimidated going to a dentist. Dr. Jain takes great care of my teeth. She is very thorough and educational. I don't feel like a patient here and I feel they really care about your well being. Even though I moved further from Plano I came back! I've recommended her to my family and friends. Other staff, Gabby and Vivian are so friendly and kind!

Love going to this dentist! Everyone is very nice and truly care about your oral health. I’ve gotten the best teeth cleanings here and when I need to come more often for cleanings it doesn’t break my bank. Dr. Jain is very thorough and I was surprised they take actual pictures of your teeth and not just X-rays. It’s great to see how well (or not) you are brushing! Highly recommend!

My crown came off my tooth yesterday (Sunday). I left a voicemail asking if I could come in this week to have my crown sealed on again. Plano Gentle Dental text me Sunday afternoon saying I can come in this morning (Monday)!
