Fabulous front office manager, she's humorous remembers details in passing discussion from 6months before. She exxolauns options and is willing to work with you within reason. The doc needs to send this one to dental school.

Dr. Jain is a wonderful dentist. I’ve had horrible dental experiences in the past. Since I was a young child I would cringe going into the dentist. I hated everything about it. My poor mom would have to drag me in there.Since coming to Dr. Jain my whole experience has changed. She’s very vocal and upfront. She makes you feel comfortable. She explains everything throughly, and gives you all explanation of treatments she recommends. I trust her.Her staff is kind, caring and knowledgable. They are very warm and inviting. Plano Gentle Dentist has my business for as long as I live in Plano (which I intend on being for the rest of my life). It may not have the fancy tv's and amenities other dental offices may have, but the care provided is superior. After all, that is why we go to the dentist - not to have a latte in a room with fancy woodwork. Other offices can keep the frills - Plano Gentle Dentist can keep providing me with excellent care.

I love this caring and wonderful practice! My 86 year old brother had not been to the dentist in many years. The entire practice from start to finish treated him with gentleness, patience and kindness. I dont believe a visit to the dentist is ever an enjoyable experience. Between the discomfort, pain, and cost it's usually something you don't want to think about. From the beautiful and assertive office manager that will not let you negotiate prices but is very patient and polite to the dental assistant and the dr. this is the best dentistry with reasonable pricing i have ever attended. Reasonably flexible hours as well. i'd recommend you give them. try for sure.
