Welcome to Plano Gentle Dental. If you have recently scheduled an appointment with us and are a new patient, we can’t wait to meet you! Below you will find what to typically expect on your first visit.
Your first visit with our dental office is about getting to know your new dentist, Dr. Monica Jain, our team and our office. We encourage you to ask questions and share with us your dental concerns and your dental or oral health goals.
Most initial visits will consist of a comprehensive oral examination that includes x-rays. An oral cancer screening will be performed at this time as well. Depending on the treatment which is sought out, most can begin the same day.
You can fill out your new patient paperwork here or fill it out in the office. We’ll obtain your medical history, dental insurance (click here to see insurances accepted) if applicable and additional treatment information.
